With a clean, semi-wet cloth. You can use a little detergent dissolved in warm water. You can also use a soft brush with warm water and soap. Do not use alcohol or aggressive products such as bleach.

The backpacks are water resistant, and polyester is not 100% waterproof. However, all models except the EZ-RIDER 2 include a rain cover that covers the backpack in case of heavy rain.

It is strongly discouraged to put the product in the washing machine.

On all models except the GETAWAY it is located in a pocket on the upper front side of the backpack. On the GETAWAY it is located in a pocket on the lower side of the backrest.

On all models except the GETAWAY, which does not include it, it is located in a pocket on the lower front side of the backpack.

All straps have an extra length to fit any size.

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free within the EU and for the rest of the world there are additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

All expandable backpacks fit a helmet of any type/size inside.

OG STRONGLY discourages carrying a helmet in the backpack when riding. The DHT system is intended to carry a helmet or two OUTSIDE THE BIKE.
