RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CLAUSE AND FORM
Pursuant to currently valid personal data protection legislation, we inform you that the data obtained from this form will be included in a computer file held by TAKE OFF ONLINE SL with the aim of complying with your right of withdrawal by virtue of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

By sending this form, you effectively exercise your right of withdrawal, thereby extinguishing the obligation to perform the contract concluded between the parties. After processing your request, TAKE OFF ONLINE SL will send you a notice of receipt, using the communication channel you have stated on the form. We remind you that you must keep this receipt as proof of having exercised your right of withdrawal.
